A representative will arrange for a courier service to pick up the products from your designated address at no cost to you. When returning the product, please use the original packaging box to securely package the item you wish to return or exchange, and hand it over to the designated courier service. If the original box is lost, please use another sturdy box to package the item securely before sending it back.
